is an alliance of Textile Mill Villages located in Upstate South Carolina, dedicated to the preservation and celebration of our rich Textile Heritage; and to the education of the general public as to the impact Textiles have played in the progress and development of Greenville and Upstate South Carolina. We encourage all who are interested in this segment of Greenville's history to become involved with this project.

The Greenville Textile Heritage Band
June 1 - The Greenville Textile Heritage Band will present their first full concert at the Peace Center, Wyche Pavillion, 3:00 P.M.
Admission is free.
American Spinning, the Early Years - 1923
American Spinning Company, Greenville, S.C. was organized in 1895. The official personnel is made up of the following: J.H. Morgan, President, Clinton J. Morgan, Vice President, W.B. Boyd, Secretary, Jas. H. Morgan, Jr., Treasury and T.A. Sizemore, Superintendent.
American Spinning Company is one of the most splendid textile manufacturing plants in Greenville. Greenville is a cotton mill center of wide renown but none of its factories take more interest in the health an welfare of their help than does the American Spinning Company.
